The hotel is situated in a bustling area with access to plenty of shops and lively city life. The staff was attentive and courteous throughout my stay, providing me with excellent service. The room was well-equipped, with a fridge and amenities such as fruit and a newspaper each morning.
The food was not up to par with my expectations, with limited breakfast options and subpar quality. The cleanliness of the bathroom could also be improved.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring the nearby Gulshan 1 market, and also provides a pick-up service from the airport. the staff is very polite and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with good bathrooms, air conditioning, and internet. Guests can enjoy a nice breakfast with fresh fruit and other delicious local dishes. You can also find great restaurants in the nearby neighborhood.
The hotel's wifi signal can be a little weak in some of the rooms.

The staff was attentive, courteous, and always smiling. The airport shuttle service was wonderful and accommodating. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and resolved any problems. The food in the restaurant, especially the Thai cuisine, was very good. The wifi internet worked reliably and was fast. The check-in process was quick and they allowed an early check-in. it was good value for money.
